Juventus Eyes Muharemovic and Lucumi for Defensive Reinforcement

Juventus is on the lookout for defensive reinforcements, targeting Tarik Muharemovic and Jhon Lucumi to strengthen their backline amid uncertainties surrounding Bremer's position.
Juventus is actively scouting for potential defenders to enhance their squad, particularly focusing on acquiring a new central defender to provide greater stability at the back. This move comes as the future of their defensive leader, Bremer, remains uncertain. Sky Sports reports that Juventus is considering Tarik Muharemovic, a player familiar to Giovanni Carnevali from his time at Sassuolo, as a potential addition. Muharemovic recently faced a challenging night with Bosnia at the World Cup, where he was sent off in a 4-1 loss to Switzerland. Juventus holds a 50% resale right on Muharemovic, effectively allowing them to purchase him at half price.

Another candidate catching Juventus's attention is Jhon Lucumi. The Colombian defender is entering the final year of his contract with Bologna, and this summer might be the opportune time for his transfer. However, there is currently a discrepancy in valuation between the clubs, which needs resolution before any agreement can be reached.
